Recently we received several emails from several owners of our products, in which they expressed their anger that they cannot see the Firmware Upgrade window on their K10 miners. For this reason, we issue this official statement:
Unfortunately,if your miner not see or not have Firmware Upgrade Window,that means you own a V 1.0 Mine Machnine. Because your machines are with V 1.0 hashboards and are not rooted to our servers for upgrade and also can not be rooted.
Your miner belongs to our first Batch and was sold as a Test Batch on the market.
In conclusion, your miners are limited and you will not be able to make firmware upgrades
Thank you for your understanding and we are sorry to offer you bad news
All miners we are selling now are sold with HashBoards V 2.1,2.2 and 2.3
Next miners, we are taking it out in 2024 will be delivered with HashBoards V 3.2 and 4.4
